Most products on this website are personal care or edible items. Even if a product is not, we do not entertain returns of any product. As our margins on these products are very low, we cannot offer luxurious shopping experience. Read the product description. Feel free to enquire about products before purchase.
In case the package you receive or the products inside the package is damaged, we will replace it provided the damage is caused by packing deficit or mishandling by the logistics partner and we have a clear evidence of the same.
For that you need to inspect the package received for any visible and obvious damages. Please record clear video of the unpacking and we should be able to find the reason for damage to prevent the same in further packages. We cannot provide any replacement if we clearly find the damage is caused by negligent handling by the customer.
Claims have to be made within a day after the parcel is delivered.
